Same day and urgent appointments
We are an advanced nurse practitioner (ANP) led practice. We offer appointments with the ANP’s and doctors on a daily basis. Most of our patients request a ‘same day’ appointment, but it is also possible to make an appointment in advance where available. We aim to offer patients a choice of a preferred clinician wherever possible, but there may be times when we are unable to accommodate such requests.
To request an urgent appointment for today during opening times:
- phone us on 01255 220010
Routine appointments

Home visits
Please phone 01255 220010 as early as possible to arrange a home visit. If you require a visit immediately in an emergency, please let us know when you call.
Our PCN paramedics undertake our home visits on a day to day basis. They will call and triage your request as it may be that your problem can be dealt with by telephone advice, or that it would be more appropriate to send a nurse, GP or indeed arrange a hospital attendance.
Home visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability. Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the surgery.
