We now use “Heidi health tool”, which is a smart computer helper (advanced, secure digital assistant) that doctors/nurses use to take notes during your visit.
It allows your clinician to focus entirely on you during your visit or phone call, while still allowing them to accurately capture medical information. This ensures a comprehensive and precise record of your care. It listens to what the clinicians and patients say and writes it down, so the doctors/nurses/administrative staff don’t have to type up your medical notes or information that you provide to us.
