We would like to introduce you all to the 'The Sound Doctor'  a web based library of 300 film and audio videos freely available to North East Essex residents, launched this year on Live Well, Essex County Council’s website

Repeat prescription policy

Repeat prescription requests can be made either in writing or electronically via this website, details are in the 'Further information' section of this website under the heading of 'How to use the repeat prescription page' or details can be obtained at the reception desk.

Requests can also be placed in our prescription box sited outside the main surgerydoor. This is emptied at regular intervals throughout the day by reception staff.

Prescriptions are ready for collection at surgery within 48 hours.  Alternatively, a stamped addressed envelope can be included with the patient request.

The practice has worked hard to educate patients to nominate a chemist of choice in order to cut down on the amount of people that present to surgery each day purely to cllect a prescription.  If this option is your choice you will need to leave at least 72hours between sending the request to the practice and collecting the medication from the chemist.
